We are building around transparency rather than false certainty. Consumer photos can reveal centering and some visible corner, edge, and surface signals, but they cannot reproduce an in-person inspection. Every prediction is an estimate, never an official grade or guarantee.

When collectors report the confirmed result after a card returns, that outcome can help CardLens identify blind spots and improve future predictions. Wins and misses both belong in the record.
